All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

Estimated delivery time: 4–7 business days depending on your location.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges (if applicable) will be displayed at checkout. Many products are shipped free of cost.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as our primary payment method.
Please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS/Email with a tracking link. You can use this link to monitor your shipment in real time.

Delayed Deliveries

Delivery times may vary due to:

Incorrect or Undeliverable Address

If the shipping address provided is incomplete or incorrect, your order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you for confirmation of the correct address.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately based on availability and warehouse location.

Lost or Damaged Package

If your package is lost in transit or delivered damaged, please contact us within 24–48 hours with photos/video, and we will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund as per policy.
